Use a formfiller like Roboform.com for sign-ins. When a sign-in page opens
a little window pops up, you click a button, and you're signed in.
Roboform itself has one master sign-in password that you can set to expire
by time or turn it off manually when you leave your computer.
Ad Aware SE is absolutely necessary. The anti-virus suites miss a lot of
the adware, which slows down your computer.
