I posted here several times about my difficulties cashing out from
FTP.
Some hints:
Cash out in several smaller amounts rather than one big one,
and have them send you a paper check, rather than a bank transfer.
FTP is slow, but I finally did get my cashout.

It would help if you mentioned the payment processor being used, if there
is one. I use Instadebit (for Canadians) which goes right in to your
checking account, and when I cash out the money is with Instadebit within
seconds, regardless of the amount.
