Split Pot. The sixth card does not come into play.

The pot should be split between the cocktail waitress and the dealer as
there is no clear winner at the table. The cocktail waitress may offer to
allow the players to place the chips directly into her bra. The dealer may
also do the same unless it is a male dealer , who happens not to be
wearing a "BRO".

In our home game, for all straights the best "Kicker" wins. We also
play that a pair is a better kicker than an Ace. (This comes up a lot
with 2 pair hands).
But in the casino. That is a chopped pot. >> Stay informed about: Help settle a bet about a hand in Texas Hold-em |

Best 5 cards, you have the same hand, kicker is irrelevant, because it
doesn't change the 5 card hand.

You should not be making bets on such matters.
[It is a split pot. The best five cards play ... it does not matter where
they come from. All five can be on the board.] >> Stay informed about: Help settle a bet about a hand in Texas Hold-em |

The best 5 cards are played...doesn't matter where the cards came from
eg. hand or board. Correct?
Thanks

Correct, and we don't care who has the best 6 card hand, or 7 card hand,
because only 5 cards are allowed to make a hand in texas hold em.
