Last year, about November, my lawyer and I visited the security firm
that handled Ultimate Bet. I forgot the guys last name at present, but
he has the whole 32nd floor of the tallest newest building in
Portland, Oregon. The building is a burnt red. His first name is Greg
and he is the CEO.

My lawyer and I went down there to get some info on other online
related material. We called from the lobby and he came down to take us
up to their office. The office was the whole 32nd floor. Very
impressive.

After a tour of the office, we went to the 30th floor, the restaurant
and bar. He ordered a $200 bottle of wine (which I didn't care for),
so I was drinking Absolute.

Now the guy is close to 40 in my opinion. About 5' 10" and about 150
lbs. He wears glasses. As we meet him in the lobby, the first words
out of his mouth are, "don't I know you"? Now, I had Googled the site
and will post the info when I find it. I knew I had never met the guy
or seen the guy before.

My friend the lawyer asks some questions and out comes greg with all
these answers. I'm there to separate fact from fiction. Bullshit
follows Bullshit as the alcohol seems to affect the guy. Soon he's
drank over half the bottle and the BS never stops.

However, more and more info keeps coming, as more vino gets into him.
He tells us how Russ H brought him all these customers, like Ted
Forrest, Annie Duke amongst others. As my friend keeps asking
questions, I begin to question his answers.

Again comes, "don't I know you"? I state we have never met. He tells
us how Ultimate Bet was sold and bought. Tells us how good the
security is and how honest the site is. Tells us the site was sold,
with only $10,000,000 down, meaning $120,000,000 owed.

This meant people were owed money. As we were dealing in the business
and had some projects going, my lawyer asked me to not post anything.
I plain forgot about this until today and the latest batch of
postings.

Soon, more and more questions were being asked and greg kept coming
with the bullshit. Each time, I would challenge the answer now, as I
couldn't take too much more of it. My friend, the lawyer was kneeing
me to stop attacking the guy, since we might need him, but I don't
listen well.

Soon it comes, "I know who you are"! I said, "finally figure it out
Sherlock"?

Bottom line seemed they were still concerned about the 120 million
owed. Greg told us how much money he made for these people. Greg told
us Russ H brought them all in.

Greg came with the BS it was the Neteller's and other ways to put
money online that made the "BIG MONEY", in comparision to the sites.
Stated they made about 25%. This was before he realized it was me.
This one made me laugh my ass off. I told him, "do you think we're
morons'? The VIG for betting on football is less than 5% on straight
action, so how in the world could those sites stay in business"? He
said he didn't know the answer, but would look into it. That's when he
realized it was me.

Since he knew some of our business, I agreed to stay quiet for the
time being. This guy just got under my skin, with his endless BS.

I think his last name may be Gilcrest or something like that. I have
the info and will post it. The thing that was really convincing, was
the fact he told me how honest everything was, since he and his
company were the security and possibly part of the designers.
