A  B&M poker room is holding a WSOP Tournament. They are giving away 100 seats
(field limited to 100) in a WSOP Qualifier with the following payouts:
1st   A $10,000 Main Event entry and $1,500
2nd  $4,000
3rd   $2,300
4th   $1,500
5th   $1,100
6th   $800
7th   $600
8th   $500
9th   $400
10th $300

The tickets are valued at $275 each and they give away 5 seats per day for 20
days to the highest hand in the room during a designated time period (usually 1
hour). Sometimes, a player has a seat and wins another and offers it for sale.
What would you pay or offer for a seat with this payout ?  $175 or less... and
how much less ?

First place is valued at $11,500 and the remaining nine places also total
$11,500. In one of the previous tournaments, the remaining nine players chopped
the pot (remember that almost all of them had $0.00 invested). Would you chop at
the final table ? Would you chop 9 ways or play down to the final 3 or 4 and
chop or not chop at all ?
