There are a lot of poker training sites out today which offer poker strategy
videos. Does anyone have any specific opinions on any of them?

Some of the ones I know of
are http://www.grinderschool.com, http://www.cardrunners.com, http://www.pokerxf
actor.com, and http://www.pokerfox.net

Has anyone had any experience with any of them? What did you think?

I was a member of pokerschoolonline.com for about a year. They had
some pretty good lessons on the site, but the best part was that there
were many tournaments available each day with various monthly leagues.
The league winners each month would get points that could be used
toward sponsorship in B&M tournaments.

There are some awful players at the tables there, but also some pretty
good ones. I improved quite a bit in just a few months there.
