I cannot say whether Obama was born in Hawaii or Kenya. It looks pretty
clear that the Honolulu certificate is real. But that does not prove
that he was actually born in Honolulu. His mother could have registered
his birth after flying back with him from Kenya as the rumors suggest.
No conspiracy is necessary, an announcement would have been duly printed
in the local paper. It would depend on how thoroughly the Department of
Health verified the information.

People do such things, you know. My wife's mother got knocked up before
marriage, and in an attempt to hide it planned to fly from her home in
Philadelphia to Miami to have the kid. Unfortunately, my wife came
early, before her mother made the flight. So her mother took a
prematurely-born infant on a plane to Miami, returning several months
later, and reporting her birthdate as being after the return. My wife
didn't know about this until she was an adult, she grew up thinking her
birthday was in May instead of January.

The point being, you don't have to have planned on running for President
when a few days old to falsely register a birth. There's lots of
reasons for doing it. Why would anyone be surprised that the American
family of a child born overseas but brought back to the U.S. within days
of his birth, would want the child to have an American birth
certificate, and would send a birth announcement to the local papers?

Something pertinent that I didn't see addressed is, what was the
standard for issuing a birth certificate in Honolulu in 1961? Did the
hospital have to verify the info with the long form? If so, what about
a home birth (which might not even have a doctor present)? What was the
standard then? The web page didn't identify a hospital.

I didn't see anything on the factcheck.org page about a court case. If
the story of a pending case is true, it could get interesting. Again,
it isn't just an issue of whether the birth certificate is a real,
properly-registered document, if the information on it is not correct.

Finally, I want to stress again that I am making NO claim that the
information on the certificate is false. I have no way to know. At
this point, I simply find the case interesting.

The OP, in all caps:

JUDGE ORDERS OBAMA TO PRODUCE BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Which, of course, is untrue. But don't let facts get in the way.

Above dated Sept. 29,

motion to dismiss." The order continued,

"Having reviewed the motion and plaintiff's opposition to said motion and

It is further order of this court that the following discovery is to be
turned over to plaintiff within three (3) days.

A little tricky there counselor but no sale. The point being for all the
leftwingnut fringe doofus garbage - do you really think "W" will relinquish
control of the U.S. Gov't to some guy born in Africa? Or perhaps will he do
what this demwit congress critter tried to sell over the bailout bill?

No way will Obama be allowed to take the oath of office. And remember, we're
the side with the police, the military and 250,000,000 guns at home - rotf.

If you had any balls you'd be down at the court house filing a few motions
yourself. But ah, nah - not going to happen. "Wouldn't be prudent," as
someone use to say.

Let's see, Omama asks the plagiarist to step down. Then he asks Ally G to co
me on board. Then the Oman steps down and the inventor of both the
inter-tubes and global toasting moves up to the numro-uno position and asks
she who would be president to come on board as number two - and I don't mean
that in a nice way. Its a whole new ball game. McC and the hot chick will
still win in a landslide and it will be four more years of the same ol same
ol. Either that or an indefinite period of MARTIAL LAW....weeeeeeeeeeee.

Personally me and mine will be on board the ol Blue Water halfway across the
Pacific by the time it hits the fan - Denmark here we come. Light'em if ya
got'em.
May hit Switzerland first though.

Good luck with that whole Obama thing. No one will be looking to blame your
side for the problem. Nah, the new government will protect you too. Maybe.
Perhaps.
err, whatever. Freedoms just another word for nothing left to lose....

Mine was in the subject line - the caps belonged to the article. Idiot.

The actual point is that many people are just afraid to come out and say "I
hate niggers" so you want up with them spewing a million other non-issues.

I am pretty sure the grandmother is still alive, in a condo in Hawaii. She
is 85 or so years old and in poor health.

She's one of the few people in the world that Hillary Clinton is trying to
keep alive.

Thanks for the correction. I was mistaken. I read an interview with Phillip
Berg in which he said "I'm not sure if she's still living". I either
misread it or misremembered it.
