You only have ONE game? You can't ADJUST?
Anyone who can't beat microlimit LHE online would be well advised to
stay there and learn to adjust before moving on. I predict that if you
would only learn to beat 1/2 and under you will almost immediately be
able to beat 5/10 and 10/20.
Your words tell me that you have a fixed strategy and you've managed to
find a game where that strategy works. Good luck with that.

As always, it depends.
for me, 2 tables is optimal (well, I'm usually also watching TV and
reading news and mail). With only 1 table, I get bored and fall victim
to FPS. 4 tables, I can't get other work done AND I think my results
suffer. 3 tables might be optimal for me, but I can't afford the screen
space...
If I'm doing NOTHING except playing poker, I think 4 tables would work
best for me. If I can ever tame the FPS, I *might* do better at 1 table
at a much higher limit.
As it is, 2 tables at a limit strictly determined by my artificial
"bankroll" has been producing acceptable results. [by "artificial
bankroll" I mean an amount that is much less than I can AFFORD - but
represents all I'm willing to risk for online poker. I treat it as if
"that's all there is". At the moment, it's about 1/40th of my "B&M
dedicated bankroll". I treat *that* as "all there is", too (even though
it would be easy to replace, if necessary.]
