Here's a strange idea, but it could work:
Login using the WRONG username and/or password. When you're rejected, try
the correct username and password. This MAY get you in.
Just as one more guess, try deleting your internet cache, including all
cookies.
I once had a problem with hotmail. I was set to automatically log in...
my system would automatically send my username and password, and the
hotmail server somehow kept returning me to the login page, but I couldn't
respond, because the automatic login responded immediately, and got itself
caught in an endless loop!
I had to delete cookies. Then I logged in deliberately using the WRONG
password. Then, when I was returned to the screen asking for username and
password, I entered the correct info, and got in.
This suggests that the problem was something to do with their bad
programming, and some bad information saved in a cookie. In other words,
there were problems on the client and the server (but all their fault).
P.S. Let us know if it works. I'd be curious to know how this is resolved.
