Hi! I was out of town and got back, tried to update my messages via Agent
reader and got an error: 480 Authentication required. Anyone know what to
do about this??? Thanks!!! please send replies to ericuf.RemoveThis@aol.com

I also get that occasionally in Agent. However, I'll get it if I'm
trying to update messages or post a message.

By virtue of the fact that you posted, I'd say you no longer have an
issue. I've always thought (maybe incorrectly) that the issue was with
my news server from my ISP. I just close Agent for awhile and come
back later; problem gone.

I get an error message occasionally from Agent, and I think it is due
to routine maintenance.
