I see this play regularly in tournaments and cash
games. I'm not sure what it means because I've
seen people do it with the nuts, with weak flushes,
andrew end straights, two pair, one pair, and
nothing at all. But it sure is funny!

Here's the part I don't get. Every hand in the showdown is available
to be seen by all players at the table, even those not in the hand.

So how come Eugen gets to muck without showing?

Or, is there some other way that you can get access to see what Eugen
had?

Not dealt into the hand, no access to mucked hands.

It means they're horrible players. They're usually horrible players
in other ways, too. It's always nice when players advertise their
status as morons right up front so you know they're targets.
